SWAP Integration is seeking an experienced AEC Project Manager & Growth Coordinator to support our growing team.

​

This is a unique opportunity for an architecture, engineering, construction, owner’s representative, or design-phase project management professional who enjoys organizing teams, clarifying next steps, improving communication, and helping projects move forward with less chaos.

​

Unlike traditional industry roles, this position focuses on planning, accountability, communication, client support, and business growth - not production deadlines, late-night drawing sets, or weekend work.

​

You’ll work alongside owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors, helping project teams track commitments, clarify decisions, identify risks, and stay aligned through the design process.

​

We’re looking for someone with enough industry experience to step in quickly, support weekly check-ins, communicate professionally with project teams, and help create capacity as SWAP continues to grow.

Location: Westminster, Colorado
Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 24 hours/week, Tuesday–Thursday preferred
Compensation: $55–$65/hour, based on experience
Experience: 5+ years required; 7–12 years preferred
Benefits: Retirement plan eligibility, adjusted paid time off, and paid sick leave.
