This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned architecture, engineering, construction, or project management professional who enjoys leading people, facilitating conversations, solving problems, and helping teams work better together.

​

Unlike traditional industry roles, this position focuses on planning, communication, accountability, and relationship-building - not production deadlines, late-night drawing sets, or weekend work.

​

You'll work alongside owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors across the country, helping project teams align priorities, identify risks, and successfully navigate complex projects.

​

We're looking for a confident facilitator who can lead meetings, engage diverse personalities, build trust quickly, and eventually become a key representative of the SWAP brand.

Schedule: Part-Time (24 hours/week)
