Our Team
Heather Bemis AIA, NCARB, LEED® AP BD+C
Founder, CEO, Scheduling Expert
Before founding SWAP Integration®, Heather practiced architecture for more than 15 years with a focus on higher education and science/technology buildings. While Heather was successfully managing large, complex projects, she found true success after being introduced to a scheduling process known as pull planning. Once becoming an expert on this process, Heather made it her mission to implement it on every project she managed.
For the next seven years, she facilitated workflow plans for the large architectural firm she was working for, sharing her appreciation for efficient scheduling with anyone who would listen. With each pull plan Heather facilitated, she was able to establish continuous improvement through the principles of accountability, communication, and transparency. This is how SWAP Integration blossomed.
Heather is married to the love of her life, Trey and they have two beautiful daughters, Tessa and Sylvie. In her free time, Heather enjoys hiking, skiing, college football, volleyball (sand and court), photography, and crochet.

Trinity Lonergan
Communications Lead, Project Coordinator
Trinity joined SWAP Integration initially to support communications and marketing, but it didn't take long for the team's exciting technical projects to get her wheels turning. Driven by a "Type-A" brain and a love for meticulous details, she began shadowing the scheduling process and quickly expanded her role into project coordination. Today, Trinity blends her communication expertise with structured project management processes to keep timelines flawless and teams aligned. She is thrilled to continue growing with the PM team while supporting the communication goals of SWAP Integration.
Outside the office, Trinity enjoys singing in vocal ensembles, snowboarding, yoga, and cooking.

Kris Salem
Admin Support Specialist
Kris brings more than 10 years of experience as a virtual assistant, supporting clients across a remarkable range of industries including retail, nonprofit, healthcare, wellness, food, Web3 and digital assets, website design and digital marketing, and architecture. She holds a master's degree in Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Management Accounting, giving her a strong foundation in both the operational and financial sides of business.
At SWAP Integration, Kris wears many hats to keep the backend running smoothly, all in support of whatever Heather needs, whenever she needs it. One day she's an Excel wizard, the next a CRM expert, a detail-obsessed bookkeeper, a live budget tracker for both business and personal finances, a lead generation specialist, or an inbox/email whisperer. Her goal is simple: whatever needs to happen, she makes it happen and delivers it with quality.
Outside of SWAP Integration, Kris is married to Armand, and together they have one very active daughter, Mireya Amari. As proud new Tesla owners, the family is currently enjoying road trips. Kris and Armand are also longtime fans of arcade dance rhythm games. In fact, they met playing Dance Dance Revolution and Pump It Up, and after decades of playing, they still seek out the dance machines at any arcade they visit.
