SWAP Integration, LLC officially launched for full service on February 1, 2022, offering Integrated Scheduling Services to the AEC Industry. The marketing net was stretched wide, but the firms reached were targeted. There has been a great response to the services that SWAP Integration offers.
SWAP Integration provides integrated scheduling services specifically adapted for the design phase of a project. With transparency as the cornerstone of our practice, SWAP Integration leads a project team through a collaborative planning process to create an efficient flow of work that delivers well-coordinated documents, faster and more efficiently. SWAP Integration assists project teams to overcome that dreaded deadline crunch, the recurring rework cycle and through team consensus, will hold all team members accountable to hit your next project milestone. SWAP Integration’s unique approach to integrated scheduling is designed to add significant value to design teams and owners.

Over the past year, SWAP Integration achieved goals that were set and some that weren't even realized until they were achieved. Here are some statistics from our first year of service:
We have active projects, or recently completed projects, in 8 states.
We have active pursuits, or are waiting for projects to begin, in 6 states.
We have worked on projects with a variety of delivery methods, from Design-Bid-Build, CMGC/CMAR, to Design-Build.
We have been hired by Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Owners Reps, and at the request of the Owner.
We have assisted teams as a scheduling consultant / expert, as a project manager assist, and as a coach / mentor.
We have achieved certifications as a women-owned business through the City and County of Denver as well as a National 3rd Party Designation through WBENC, assisting with project team diversity.
We have reached version 1 of our automated project management software platform and will be kicking off the next round of features today!
